The English Language Development Programme has been designed to provide a functional language platform which can radically improve your performance and broaden your work horizons.
| DESIGNING THE PROGRAMME COURSES |
Following talks with your company's or organisation's Board of Management, Human Resource Managers and Training Departments, we identify the people who need to improve and develop their English.
After comprehensive testing, we produce a Personal Language Profile for each person, showing their communication strengths and weaknesses, then formalise the English language needs that meet their job requirements.
We then design and recommend a series of active courses which lead the participants to an advanced use of English through a progress of development stages. The training modules are presented as Interactive Systems Workshops. The interaction between thought, language, and behaviour is an essential part of this teaching process.
| CHOOSING YOUR PROGRAMME COURSES |
The Personal Language Profile sets each participant's starting level. Some benefit from the Pre-Programme Preparation courses, which consolidate and repair their use of English, and re-activate past understanding. Generally, after that, students follow the path through the sections, choosing a total of five courses that satisfy their English language needs.
